SONIQS PIO Paper In Oil Capacitors

SONIQS Audiophile Grade PIO Paper In Oil capacitors are specially hand wound using high purity aluminium foil with oil impregnated paper dielectric, totally immersed in oil for optimum damping and acoustic isolation. Sealed in an aluminium can with hand soldered copper lead out wires, SONIQS PIO are ideal for use wherever high purity, low distortion capacitors are required for optimum signal transfer. The 'line' on the label denotes the end connected to the outer foil for those who like to 'align' capacitors to the source.

These capacitors have been specially designed to pass the signal without any audible character being added to the sound. As a result all you hear is the natural, dynamic range of the original signal.

Specially developed for use in valve (tube) amplifiers as coupling capacitors. Use in DIY kits, or as capacitor replacements in existing designs, vintage amplifiers and radios etc.
